  • Many people understandably would like to know how long therapy will take to complete. There is no way to tell as the time of service depends on many factors that are unique to each person and their situation.  The length of therapy depends on several factors including your goals, the layers or complexity of issues you're facing, and between session practice or observation. Paying attention to changes and taking opportunities to practice using new tools in your everyday life helps you make the most of therapy in the shortest amount of time.

We strongly believe that healthcare is a human right and that mental health clinicians of all varieties should make every effort to assist with treatment access.  Access to treatment is a particular passion of ours and we will make every effort to assist you in navigating the process whether we schedule you for an appointment with us or not.

    Good Faith Estimate

  • A credit card is kept on file to charge co-pay, charges related to deductibles, and out of pocket costs.

  • Yes, absolutely! We use secure encrypted video-conferencing as a virtual option. You can choose to schedule a virtual appointment for any reason unless you and your therapist have arranged specifically for in person only appointments.

Please note that we encourage clients who have been sick to opt into a virtual appointment while they are recovering. You can change your in-person appointment to a virtual appointment last minute (Late-Cancellation Policy does not apply to changing the therapy medium).

Feel free to utilize this flexible option. Virtual therapy has been proven as effective as In-person therapy.
